The Western Tidewater Tennis Association [WTTA] is a 501c3 tax exempt organization. They support organized instruction, USTA leagues, social leagues, events, tournaments, after-school junior clinics, and summer junior camps for all levels of tennis players in the Western Tidewater area. WTTA has a strong focus on kids. They sponsor year-round programs and camps for underprivileged youth and also provide an Ace Obesity Program to area schools. The Ace Obesity Program instructs students the benefits of healthy eating and getting moving, as well as teaching tennis during physical education classes. Over one thousand students have engaged in this program, and WTTA has provided tennis equipment to each school, which gives over four thousand students have access to tennis.
To promote and develop the growth of tennis in Western Tidewater.

USPTA tennis professional Ken Cussick Jr. enjoys giving back to the local community that gave so much to him while growing up.
Ken has more than 20 years of tennis teaching experience that includes being the head pro for several clubs in the area -- such as Cavalier club (Virginia Beach) and Cedar Point Country Club (Suffolk).
Ken graduated from Windsor High School and earned his BS in Sports Management from ODU. He has been certified by the USPTA for 20 years.
Ken is personable and ready to work with adults and children who have an interest in learning tennis.
